1. Scope and Principles
This Content & Acceptable Use Policy applies to all merchants, event organisers, stall operators, delivery personnel, and users who publish text, images, logos, menus, product descriptions, reviews, or promotional materials on the ActivSuite platform.
2. Prohibited Goods & Services
Merchants and event organisers shall not list, advertise, or transact in:
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics, or unauthorized pharmaceutical drugs
• Weapons, ammunition, firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or goods infringing third-party intellectual property
• Pornographic, obscene, or adult content
• Tobacco or alcohol without verified state excise licenses and applicable regulatory approvals
• Gambling, lotteries, betting, or deceptive financial schemes
• Any good or service prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other Indian laws.
3. Accurate Descriptions & Fair Pricing
Merchants must ensure that item descriptions, photographs, quantities, ingredients, allergy warnings, Maximum Retail Price (MRP), and GST details are truthful, accurate, and comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
4. Intellectual Property & Takedown Mechanism
All trademarks, brand names, and logos displayed belong to their respective owners. Aurumize respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any listing or content infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a formal takedown notice to info@activsuite.org containing proof of ownership and the exact listing URL.
5. Enforcement & Account Termination
Aurumize reserves the right to immediately remove non-compliant content, suspend store listings, cancel events, or terminate user accounts that violate this Policy, without liability.
